Pam joined the agency in 1992. She received her insurance education at Michigan State University, she also has an accounting degree from Jackson Business University. Pam is a great asset to the agency, she specializes in personal lines and commercial insurance.

franFran Mowrer

Fran Mowrer worked with her late husband, Paul Mowrer, to form the MOWRER AGENCY IN 1988. Paul’s specialty was commercial lines, health and life. Fran is still the office manager taking charge of accounts payable and the Greyhound Bus which is connected to our office. The agency sells a full line of insurance. Fran is now retired.

In Memory: Paul Mowrer

On February 26, 2013 our family lost our “Hero”, he passed to heaven surrounded by his family on his farm, to be with those family members who have gone before him. What a great reunion. Born on April 9, 1929 in Jackson, MI to Donald and Lenore (Tomkins) Mowrer. He lived at “The Farm” in Parma Township, 81 years. Farming was his life and passion. A 1948 graduate of Parma High School and Michigan State in 1952. Paul married the love of his life, Fran Allen, September 5, 1953 in Parma. Paul was an insurance agent since 1964, owning his own business the Mowrer Agency in Albion, for the past 26 years. A member of the North Parma United Methodist Church, Rotary International, NFO, Active in 4-H and Board Member of Jackson County ISD for 12 years. He is survived by Wife: Fran; Daughters: Penny (Rich) Morgan, Pam (Bobby) Harding, Wendy (Don) Lake and Jennifer (Clint) Croft; Son: Mike Mowrer;
